Our commitments
- Use online scoping, evidence meetings and read-outs where they can achieve the required quality and inclusion.
- Travel only where an in-person activity has a clear purpose, and prefer rail or public transport where practical.
- Work from digital evidence, avoid unnecessary printing and design reports for effective on-screen use.
- Request only evidence that is relevant to the agreed review, which reduces duplicated storage and administrative effort.
- Consider environmental practice when selecting material suppliers and service providers, proportionate to the purchase and available alternatives.
National delivery
The service operates nationally across England. A remote-first model makes that reach possible without routine long-distance travel. It does not mean every review must be remote: site, organisational or stakeholder context may justify an in-person element, which is considered during scoping.
Review and accountability
