Jonathan founded The Design Review Panel and has developed it as a national service across England. His practice background spans award-winning architectural practices and a wide range of development sectors.
He has served as RIBA South West Regional Chair and Chair of the RIBA Plymouth Branch, and has contributed to architectural education as a Part II visiting tutor and Part III lecturer and examiner at the Welsh School of Architecture.

Tim Burton

Tim has more than 30 years' planning experience and was formerly Head of Planning across Taunton Deane and West Somerset Councils. He oversaw major housing growth that contributed to Taunton's Garden Town designation.
His consultancy work includes local-authority service review for the Planning Advisory Service, placemaking strategy and policy, and Heritage at Risk work. He brings a service-lead perspective as well as direct experience of development management and organisational change.

Andy Robbins

Andy has more than 30 years' local-government planning experience, principally in managerial and service-lead roles. His work has included complex urban regeneration, urban extensions, heritage-led mixed-use projects, sensitive rural development, masterplanning and policy formulation.
At Exeter he led work that secured Garden Communities Programme funding and helped deliver the Future Place programme with architects, urban designers, RIBA and Homes England. He has also worked with RIBA and The Design Review Panel on design training and has spoken at RTPI, RIBA and TCPA events.
