Andy has more than 30 years' experience in local-government planning, mainly in management and service-lead roles. His work covers regeneration, new neighbourhoods, heritage, rural development and planning policy.
At Exeter he led work securing Garden Communities Programme funding and helped deliver the Future Place programme. He has also worked with RIBA and The Design Review Panel on design training.
Tim Burton

Tim is a former Head of Planning across Taunton Deane and West Somerset Councils, with more than 30 years' planning experience. He understands the responsibilities and pressures that come with running a council planning service.
His work for the Planning Advisory Service includes reviewing local-authority planning services. He also advises on placemaking, planning policy and heritage.
Jonathan Braddick
Chartered Architect · Founder and Chair, The Design Review Panel
Jonathan founded The Design Review Panel and developed it into a service working across England. He brings the perspective of a practising architect and someone who has built and run a panel service.
He has served as RIBA South West Regional Chair and RIBA Plymouth Branch Chair, and has taught and examined at the Welsh School of Architecture.
