This allocation is a planning assumption, not a time-sheeted fee. The final evidence boundary, participants, meetings, outputs and programme are confirmed in the written scope before appointment.
Peer reviewer criteria
The peer reviewer must be independent of the client, current delivery provider and evidence under review; have senior experience relevant to the arrangement; complete the same conflicts process; and be able to challenge the reasoning, evidence trail and proportionality of findings.
